Chicken– Available now! whole or by the cut (including heart, liver, feet, and chicken backs.

Pork– Available as whole hog, 1/2 hog, or by the cut (including head, tongue, liver, heart, kidney, feet, tail, and ears) 1st batch will be available February 2026

Beef– Available by the whole cow, 1/2 cow, 1/4 cow, or by the cut (including head, tongue, liver, heart, kidney, ox tail, soup bones and tallow) Ready Fall 2026

Goat (Chevon)- Available by the whole goat or per cut. Most goats will yield about 20-40lbs of meat.
